I think they do a great job also. Unfortunately you cant make all the people happy all the time and there will always be a crybaby in the bunch somewhere. |

| (no avatar) | In all honesty, I viewed the "complaint" forum as an avenue for the site administrators to see what problems are out there that may not have come to their attention, thus they can address them. It's evident that long time users and loyal customers seem to take offense...well BACK OFF! Without a venue to air concerns of various kinds, you defeat the purpose of what can be a constructive tool for all. So stop whining and help seek solutions. It really isn't site bashing or personal insults when a new customer has probems and hopes to be instrumental and helpful in resolving them. What I see time and time again are The Knights of the Round Table beheading anyone that they percieve to have "slighted" King Arthur, so the bulk of the conversation tends to be spent defending their observations rather than addressing their concerns. Great job fewwuz!! |

Most problems have been addressed over and over here on the complaints forums. AA, has on occasion explained thier reasoning behind not changing. Once in a while a change is made in response to a suggestion. The most legitimate complaint is the lack of communication from AA in response to a suggestion, And i do understand that they have more to do than spend time explaining thier decisions. But communicating with the general membership about such things does help smooth the road. As we are about to find out nationally, change is not always good. and i will admit to being one of those who subscribe to the adage that 'if it`s not broke don`t be fixin on it'. Adjustments, such as Joes suggestion to put a 'next' down with the page numbers are excellent as a lot of us with failing eyesight need assistansce. But as it stands, AA works pretty good. Compared with the problems and complaints on the other interenet auction sites we`ve got a fine system. Constructive ideas are always welcome and i do not believe real complaints are handled anywhere near as well elswhere. They could do alot worse than study this working model for success. axolotl |

This is indeed the complaint column,but AA should expand and add a chronic complaint column to take care of a few of the ninnies.JMHO!! |
