AuctionArmsCeo Starting at about 2am on the 16th of October and ending at 10:30am on the same day, a database problem cropped up that intermittently prevented bidders from placing bids on auctions. If you're a seller who had an auction scheduled to end in that timeframe, and you think that your auction was negatively impacted by that error, Auction Arms will happily invalidate the results of that auction, and issue you a relist credit for the final value and special services fees accrued.

The problem has been fixed, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thanks for using Auction Arms!
