Thread Title: "New Communication Feature"
AuctionArmsCeo Buyers and sellers can now communicate with each other through the auction. Any messages sent between buyer and seller are now posted into the auction. We've found that sellers were having to repeatedly answer the same questions over and over, and by posting their reponse into the auction, they now answer everyone else's questions, too.

Oregon Guns THIS IS THE WORST FEATURE YOU'VE COME OUT WITH IT BASICALLY GIVES ANYONE THE RIGHT AND THE ABILITY TO MAKE COMMENTS ON YOUR AUCTION, DISPARAGE IT WITH OFF-THE-WALL REMARKS SCARE OFF CLIENTS ITS COMPLETE AND UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. IT'S MY AUCTION I DECIDE WHAT GOES ON IT AND WHAT DOESN'T GO ON I DON'T WANT OTHER PEOPLE'S OPINIONS ON THE I DON'T WANT OTHER PEOPLE'S REMARKS ON IT. IF I HAVE A QUESTION THAT IS ASKED MORE THAN ONCE I WILL POST THE ANSWER MYSELF IF I FEEL LIKE PLEASE REMOVE THIS FEATURE HE IMMEDIATELY. LOVE DAVID

THATS WHAT THE EDIT MY AUCTION IS FOR. WHEN I GET A NEW QUESTION I GO TO EDIT MY AUCTION AND USE IT. THINK THIS WAS A BAD IDEA YOU TOOK FROM ANOTHER SITE EXCEPT THAT SITE GIVES YOU A CHOICE IF YOU WANTED POSTED.

(no avatar) I must say, I'm not a fan of this new feature. I also cannot just reply to emails anymore, I have to follow links and such. Would much rather prefer it go back to the way it was.

(no avatar) As a buyer, I must agree with David and Willie. I have noticed that guestions and answers on the other site cause more confusion than clarity. On occasion a question may lead to a back and forth conversation between the buyer and seller and this would make that much more difficult.

(no avatar) This would be much more acceptable if the SELLER had the option to delete any messages he/she chooses. It's our auction, we ought to be able to control what gets seen (as long as it's legal and truthful).
