Sniper bidders often wait until a few seconds before posting their bids. If you bid four minutes before the auction closed, that's more than enough time for someone to shut you out with a bid placed in the last 15-30 seconds of an auction, even without a proxy bid in place. |

AKdude, not sure I'm following your complaint. I just looked at your closed auctions page and you've won every thing you've bid on in the past 90 days. Perhaps you didn't confirm your bid, or Someone submitted a higher bid during the time you were formulating yours? Action can get hot and heavy towards the end of an auction.
