| Rebuttal: I explained that I had mistakenly shipped the item to another and I refunded your money in full,even your cost of money order and stamped envelope,and I ALSO APOLOGIZED. I AM only human,and I do screw up at times,but I DID WHAT I COULD TO MAKE IT RIGHT.Are you so sure the egg is on my face???? |
