| Comments: Re: 11848816 Auction opened 4-12 closed 4-19. Received E-mail 4-19. Notified that I had won item. Send M.O. to cover cost and shipping. Mailed M.O.for $320 and arranged for FFL to receive item. On 4-29 contacted Main Gun to verify that they had received M.O. They had but didn't have gun. |

| Rebuttal: This was truly our mistake, one of our sales guys sold the gun in store without closing down the auction. Our sincere apologies and a full refund of the purchase price plus shipping was mailed as soon as we were aware of our error. Our apologies again on this mix up. |

| Rebuttal: Sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase, we would have taken it back & refunded you your cost under the 3 day inspection if you had contacted us to let us know. We strive to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase but if we aren't contacted how would we know? |

| Comments: EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased these dies on 1/8/13 and paid for them by credit card over the phone. Waited a week and nothing. Finally heard back on 1/18/13 saying they could not locate the dies and they hope they didn't sell them through their store. Received refund check on 1/30/13. |

| Rebuttal: We did drop the ball on this transaction and have since apologized and issued a full refund. We strive to provide excellent communications and service to all our customers and are sorry we were not able to do so on this circumstance. |
