| Rebuttal: Tried for 2 weeks to contact by phone to pay for purchase with Credit Card. Could not get through by phone. No follow up through E-Mail either. Had to purchase ammo through another dealer for my customers. |

| Rebuttal: Sent numerous E-Mails for them to send me an invoice so I could know who to make payment to and received no response until they left negative feedback. Wouldn't deal with again. Total waste of time. A real winner here as a seller. |
