| Comments: Wholesalehunter sold me two new rifle stocks that DID NOT FIT. They gave me a hard time about returning them even though they guarantee 100% satisfaction. I was only given a 75% refund. Do not deal with companies like this! |

They called the factory and then gave be a bogus order number for the replacement part. I called the factory and now I am waiting for the part. Never again with these guys! NEVER EVER |

Asked if I want item sent. finally received 5 days later. total time just short of 2 months and 6 phone calls. |

So I sent a USPS Money Order, after repeated emails & three weeks of not hearing from Wholesale Hunter, I called & was informed it was not received. At that point I informed them I wanted to cancel the order. |

| Rebuttal: There was an error in the action title and it was only supposed to come with one cylinder. We contacted Hereitage directly to have them ship the cylinder to them; that why it took the extra week and we paid for the cyclinder. |

| Comments: Called them all day to get shipping info, they never shipped. Said cant read under the seal on the FFL I sent. I cancled the order, and called another seller who acceptedthe same FFL. Sounds to me that they didnt want to sell at the "sell it now" price they advertised. |

| Rebuttal: The customer FFL that was email and fax to us was so dark we could not read the mailing or the premises address. We work on the to lighten them up to read them and it did not work. We told the customer to get a copy of the original and email that to us to fix the problem and they did not do that. |

| Comments: US Postal DOES offer flat rate shipping, less than $5 for box or envelope. Being the item sold for $12, it weighs about 4oz and does not require insurance, $8-$9-$10 is TOO much for shipping, especially when there are other alternatives and RUSH was not requested. Respect the customer! |

| Comments: I am sorry to have to leave my first negative feedback ever. I used the Buy It Now option the first day the revolver was listed & got a story that their inventory was wrong, they did not have the item. Could be an honest mistake, but sure sounds strange. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! |

The item posted is in our inventory lists, but was sold out at the time. Honest mistakes happen and we regret any inconvienience. |
