| Comments: Bidder sent payment not in the form I requested. I returned the payment (personal check) and at the time stated in an email the form of payment I required (USPS Money order). Again the bidder has sent another form of payment which I will return also. It is two weeks since the close of the auction. |

| Rebuttal: Seller and I had agreed to method of payment. Gun was being sold by Seller on consigment. Consignee decided not to let gun be sold and pulled gun. Be cautious of this Seller. |
