Comments: The 10 magazines I bought were supposed to be Beretta made(I asked) Only 2 were Beretta made. The magazines were ALL supposed to be for 92F 9mm. One of the mags is for .45 auto. I do not appreciate being misled and buying a specified item and not getting what I paid for.

Comments: Seller described the guns condition as excellent. Tried 2 brands of ammo, would not chamber a round. Hand fed a round into chamber, would not fire. Not an expensive gun, but I expected it to work. Seller told me to take it to a gunsmith.

Rebuttal: The customer was asked to take it to a local gunsmith so that we could determine the problem with the pistol and then take the appropriate steps to correct it for him. Before we heard back he posted a negative feedback, never gave us the chance to correct any problem with the item.

Comments: the split on stock ran half way down not 4 inches or so.and it took 15 dayes to get after payment, i was not happy to have to call them severay times.
