| Comments: If you are patient with this seller you'll eventually get your gun. I won mine of the 4th of the month and received it today. The gun was nice! I did get a 30 round magazine for my troubles. But if you want your gun in a hurry this is not the guy to deal with! |

| Comments: We paid for our Auction on May11th. We had not received our gun or heard from seller. No answer. It is becoming a criminal action. We will contact the Law about this if we do not get any word by end of the month. Sadly this has left a very bad taste in our mouth for any further auctions thru here. |

| Comments: BUYER BEWARE! This seller cannot be trusted to keep his end of the agreement. Seller had my certified check and FFL documentation one day after he provided instructions. That was 3 weeks ago and he has not shipped my rifle. I cancelled the sale and requested a full refund. |

| Comments: This is BY FAR the WORST gun dealer/business I have EVER dealt with. I paid for my item on the 15th of this month and have not received my gun. The dealer has also cut ALL COMMUNICATIONS with for some odd reason. This dealer should be banned from this site! The company has an F rating with the BBB. |

| Rebuttal: jesmith after reviewing your packet I have seen that we received your payment on 02/16/16, we received FFL on 02/18/16 and your gun was shipped on the 02/26/16 which was the 6th business day from after we received the last of your paperwork which puts us within the shipping guidelines of GunAuction. |

| Comments: I tried to call just received voicemail telling to email. Sent 1 email that was answered 2 days later sent another email that was never answered. My invoice shows no FFL or payment received not true or updated I have the gun. Poor business ethics. Wouldn't purchase from them again |

| Comments: I sent numerous email inquiries on my DPMS complete lower receiver order. After waiting five days, they called me and told me I would receive a tracking number. (11 days TOTAL since I ordered) No tracking number and no communication and no receiver??? |
