| Rebuttal: The gun was returned and a refund cheerfully given. The buyer should read the definition of a gun in FAIR condition and compare it to the 5 pictures that showed the problem areas. |

| Comments: very dissatified with seller, seller sold same gun to myself and another buyer. Seller said he would call me back with explanation, he never called. I willnot buy from again. don't trust this seller |

| Rebuttal: Another person bid on the gun in our office while we watched. It apparently did not get registered by Auction Arms and we didn't catch it. I have asked Auction Arms for an explanation but have received no answer. If I got an answer I would have called and explained it to this bidder. |

| Comments: Gun had several serious defects not in description; took a month to get here; seller very slow to answer emails, now refuses to adjust or take it back. This is the worst misrepresentation, slowest shipper, and most unprofessional seller I have encountered in 5 years of buying guns on the net. |

| Rebuttal: This is a 120 year old gun needing a restoration and barrel relining. The gun shipped when It was quoted . In 2 weeks I get an email demanding half of his money back or a return. Name calling ensued. I found his first email was not rec’d. I offered a rebate. The answer was obscenities. |
