| Comments: From the day I won the auction I have tried to contact the seller wit several emails and phone calls. Never returned my emails, and I get a recording every time I called. Never answered my calls......Fake seller ????? |

| Rebuttal: We are answering phones and emails as well as we can. The sales volume has gone through the roof but we have added two more phone lines and hired more staff. We sent you an invoice email. If you had mailed us a payment you would have received the item. As it is you are a non paying bidder. |

| Comments: I WIN AN AR-15FOR $774. I SEND THEM MONEY ORDER. 3 WEEKS LATER THEY SEND ME A PERSONAL CHECK FOR REFUND AND TELL ME THEY NO LONGER HAVE THE GUN. I GUESS WE ALL KNOW WHERE THE GUN WENT. SORRY WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I GUESS MONEY MEANS MORE TO THEM THAN KEEPING THEIR WORD.. |

| Comments: second time purchasing from sovereign guns.both times i had to have my FFL send his info atleast twice.also don't know if my pistol was sent in the case they offered(i paid for)because 30.00 magically reappeared in my checking account.will not buy from them again.too much hassle.. |
