| Comments: A super-fast shipper with a great price, but I'm disappointed with the condition of the delivery. The irreplacable can was damaged in-transit by UPS gorillas. I expected what was pictured in the auction, a sealed, undamaged 600rd can of GI .45ACP ammo, yet the ammo arrived in a semi-crushed can. |

| Comments: Rifle not as descibed. Stock warped. Barrel not stamped with caliber. Had to remove scope and rings to get bolt in rifle and then once scope/rings put back on, bolt didn't come close to clearing scope. |

| Rebuttal: This buyer should get another hobby,, Stock warped, he dosnt understand cast off. As for the scope.. I wish He would have informed me that the scope was bent in shipping, that is why the bolt would not clear, I could have put in a claim to ups. |

| Comments: Gun was totally not as described. Parts were either completely missing or welded fast. Description was inaccurate and picture was misleading. I was completely unsatisfied and returned gun for full refund. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was sold as a demilled parts gun, I stated that it was welded fast and what was missing, he saw the gun in the final seconds and thought he was getting a m1 carb. for $100. He was refunded in full, |

| Rebuttal: Standard policy for shipping firearms is: same day shipping for Money orders and cashiers checks, with personal checks , shipping is after check clears. This is everyones policy. |
