You're bidding on a German P38 Pistol, manufactured by Walther, code:ac45, serial # 8470 b, cal. 9mm, 5" barrel with a very good bore, pistol retains about 95% of its military blue finish with wear showing around the muzzle, front strap of the frame and high edges of the slide, the slide latch, trigger, slide release of this all matching pistol appear a gray phosphate color, Waffenampts E/359 are visible on the slide and frame, the reddish brown resin grips are in very good condition, pistol comes with correct stamped P.38 eagle/359" Waffenampt magazine, overall condition is very good, pistol will look great in a Military Collection.

INSPECTION:

We offer a full three (3) day inspection period starting when you or your dealer sign for the firearm. At no time during the inspection period will the Buyer fire the firearm. If the firearm is fired at any time during the inspection period the sale is considered final. Inspection consists of external examination, no further disassembly is permitted to include but not limited to turning any screws or removing any punch pins. Firearms are sold as collectors items only and not warranted safe to shoot read warning below. In the event your not satisfied Refund is Immediate when Returned in the Same Condition as Shipped. Shipping is not refundable neither are transfer fees paid to the buyers dealer. We require notification within this period if you intend to return an item. Returns must be made within three (3) days of receipt, shipped same as sent no exceptions.
