The 522 SD has a 9.05" barrel, plus fake suppressor, manual safety and a black synthetic stock with textured pistol Grip. Other features are a ribbed forend, a large shroud and a black finish. The GSG-522 has the established features of MP5-Style-Rifles, but with visual improvements which also meet a better functional purpose. First the better grip of the cocking lever, second the improved open sights for faster aiming, and third the GSG-522 comes with a removable Weaver Rail,which allows the customer to fix an optical device at customer's option. The ergonomically handle with anti-Slip-Points are redesigned as well as the safety lever.
