U.S.Springfield Krag Philippine Constabulary Carbine serial number 345264. Model 1899, only 4980 of these were converted. This is an authenticated example, all correct and origional! 1898 rear sight marked carbine. Metal retains 60-70% of the origional bluing, bore is bright and shiny. The stock is 80%+ and cartouched J.F.C. A very difficult Krag carbine to locate for the advanced Krag collector. From a private collection not offered for sale in 35+ years.
