Questions for Users
(Public)
Q:  How is the guns mechanics, does the top of the barrel have the patent date markings and do the rest of the numbers match. 03/04/2010
A:  Mechanically, the gun is in great condition. Single and double action work just fine, timing is right, just like all Smiths, unless it's rusted out inside, they work well, this one is in good shape, it'll shoot. The patent dates are, 'Feb.6.06.Sept.14.09.Dec.29.14' marked on the top of the barrel just like that. The only other serial number is stamped on the inside extractor rod housing under the barrel and the numbers all match. This is the original barrel. Thanks for looking. 03/04/2010
