Seller's Description

Guns For Sale - Taurus -- PT140 Millenium Pro .40 S&W Stainless Compact

I am selling an almost brand new Taurus PT140 Millenium Pro Stainless in .40 S&W. Gun was bought from Budsgunshop.com in June of this year and picked up in July from my FFL. Comes with everything as it should from the factory: box, manual, lifetime warranty, brush, invoice, lock key and 2 10rd factory magazines. Will include BoreSnake for free!

Gun is in excellent condition, no marring, nicks, dents, or scratches. Almost 99% brand new. Pretty much kept it in the factory box since July. With ammo being so friggin expensive in the summer, I only had a chance to put approximately 70 rounds thru the gun. 50 rounds of Federal FMJ and 20 rounds of Federal Hydra-shok. Ran flawless without any malfunctions or FTF. Gun is EXTREMELY accurate with combat Heinie Straight 8 Sights!!

If you check the reviews on Bud's website on all the Millenium Pro PT models in every caliber, you will see it gets really high marks and really good reviews from everybody. It's a really solid gun and extremely accurate. I personally paid $369 in June 2009 and with tax and shipping, came to $385. A very nice firearm. It shoots really really well, extremely accurate, and well made. And nothing beats Taurus' LIFETIME WARRANTY on this firearm which is fully transferable.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with firearm at all, only that when I bought it, I actually thought it was a pocket gun. I was really looking for something so tiny where you could put in your jacket pocket or even jean pocket and not print too bad. I really want a pocket gun, even though this gun is more than discreet and compact. I included a picture holding it so you can reference how small the gun is. I was looking for something more the size of a PM9 that I can just leave in my pocket and forget about.

If there is any other inquiry you wish to know about the gun, don't hesitate to email me at achng1255@bikerider.com. Will also offer FREE SHIPPING to all 50 states. Must ship to FFL. Payment can be made by check or money order. Checks must clear before shipping though.

Questions for Users
(Public)
Q:  When shooting this pistol, does the trigger pull also operate the concealed hammer? There are two types of double action. Some cock the firing pin when the slide is operated, some do not, but require more pull on the trigger to also cock and fire in the same movement. I need to know for sure. I have a Taurus 22 auto which operates this way, and therefore is hard to hit the target because of the extra force to pull the trigger. Thanks for your time! Winford 11/28/2009
A:  I believe the DA operates the hammer also as you mentioned. However it does not require more pull of the trigger. Its one smooth pull all the way thru. You should check on Youtube and Budsgunshop***GunAuction***'s reviews. If you look at any Millenium Pro in 9mm, 40, or .45, everybody gives it really really high reviews. It doesn't have any weird trigger pull to it. To me, its actually very fast to target acquisition and fire off the round and get it where you want. It's a highly accurate gun. I know what you are talking about. I seem to have that problem with Rugers, Sigs, and Berettas with a inconsistent trigger pull that lends to the shot being thrown off. I never once had that problem this gun being like that. Check it out online, its REALLY REALLY hard to find bad comments or reviews on this gun. 11/28/2009
