DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM: Up for auction is a Winchester Model 62A Pump Action Rifle that shoots 22 S. L. or LR bullets. This rifle is a classic take-down rifle with a 23” barrel and an overall length of just under 40”. The rifle is very well maintained and looks like it was made last year, instead of in 1953. It has a bright bore and appears to have been fired very little. Blue Book value on this gun can be located on page 2034 of the blue book and is in excess of $950, feel free to verify this.
ABOUT ME: I am Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer. I include a copy of my license with every firearm purchase along with a detailed invoice that includes the auction number, and the purchasers name and phone number. I try to make it as easy as possible on the transferring dealer to get your purchase to you in a timely fashion. OTHER FAQ GENERIC QUESTIONS: I have many used guns in stock at all times. Because this is the case, some of the questions that a potential buyer might ask, are not ones that I can answer. I am not the original owner, I have no idea how many times that they have been shot, what type of ammo was used, how often it was cleaned, etc. I do not shoot any of them unless it is otherwise specified. Any boxes, extra magazines, original grips, scope rings, etc will be photographed and/or listed in the description. Anything that might possibly add value to the item will be in the photo or in our description. If you don’t see it in the picture it isn’t included. OFFERS: I try to research every auction that I list to be price competitive with competing or past auctions at the time of listing. Because this is the case, I don’t have any desire to sell a gun for less than I list it for. I realize that certain guns have longer market times than others and have the patience to let the item find a happy home.
SHIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL holder. I have to have a signed, legible copy of the FFL before we can ship the firearm. We accept both faxed and mailed copies. The faxed FFL must reference an auction number or have a cover sheet that does. Please reference an auction number with payment and your FFL if it comes separately or is mailed. I know that you are anxious to get your purchase and this will help us get it to you as quickly as possible with no delays due to us having to research what you bought. CONTACT AND LOCAL PICKUP: I have a retail location and am happy to accommodate you if you wish to pick the auction up in person and I can legally transfer it to you. I require you to make an appointment. My hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00AM until 6:00 PM. Occasionally, I am here on Saturdays. My phone number is (405)413-4080. Unfortunately, I do not have auctions out to be previewed before bidding. Auctions won and picked up locally will be delivered after successfully passing a NICS background check and filling out an ATF form 4473. The purchase is subject to 8.38% sales tax. SALES TAX: If you do not live in Oklahoma or it is not delivered to you in Oklahoma, you are not subject to any sales tax being paid to me. Any tax levied by the state in which you live is your responsibility to pay to your transferring dealer. PAYMENT: We accept bank certified checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, and Discover as forms of payment. Payment by credit card is a quick way to get your item sent now that a faxed FFL may be used. Our fax number is (405)603-6801. We charge a 3% convenience fee for credit card purchases. PAYPAL is NOT an option, as payment. SHIPMENT: All long guns to the lower 48 are shipped USPS insured. Rates listed as shipping costs pertain to buyers in the lower 48 states. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please inquire as to what the shipment cost will be. Handguns are shipped USPS Priority Mail insured with Delivery Confirmation. The listed rate applies to the lower 48 states, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. I do not ship handguns to C and R license holders. Shipping on this gun is $25. INSPECTION PERIOD: I offer a 3 day inspection on all purchases, except ammunition. Purchases must be returned in same condition as shipped and be unfired. All shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer in the event of a return. Inspection period begins at the time the purchase arrives at your dealer, so have the dealer call you when it arrives. Your name and phone number that is listed on the auction site will be listed on the invoice, so there is no excuse for them to not contact you.
