Someone could outbid you in the final seconds of the auction if your Max Bid isn't high enough. You're not the high Bidder until you've been notified by email that you are. The Model 19 .357 Combat Magnum was first introduced in 1954, at the urging of Bill Jordan, a competition shoter with the U.S. Border Patrol, who went on to become a respected gun writer. The Model 19 is one of Smith & Wesson's most popular revolvers. It was built on the K-Frame and was the first medium frame revolver chambered for the powerful .357 Magnum Cartridge. It was also the first S&W model to be offered as a three-screw model. This gun features a Blued Finish with a 6" Heavy Barrel with extractor shroud, and a 6-Shot Cylinder. The Checkered Walnut Grips on this gun are in Excellent Condition with clean sharp checkering. It also features a Fully Adjustable Rear Target Sight, as well as a front target sight, and a wide Target Hammer & Trigger. This revolver is in like new NRA Excellent Condition, and retains 99% Original Blued Finish. The bore is excellent and the timing is perfect! The model designation is stamped on the yoke on all S&W revolvers, and this one bears the marking 19-4 indicating it is the fourth variation of this model, and it bears Serial Number 37K75XX. This would be an excellent home defense, carry, duty, or vehicle gun...dependable and accurate and affordable!
