Q:  IF THIS WEAPON WAS MADE IN 1904--DOES IT NOT QUALIFY AS AN ANTIQUE? IS IT NOT THEN DELIVERABLE W/O FFL OR CURIO LICENSE? 05/11/2009
A:  Hello, Does not qualify as an antique. As it has to have been made 1898 or before to qualify as an antique. It does however qualify as a Curio & Relic as it is at least 50yrs old. And a C&R license would be acceptable. Hope this answers your question. Good luck. 05/11/2009

Q:  Can you elaborate any more on the bore condition? is it shiny, frosted or dark, are the lands strong, rounded or weak? Have you shot it while you owned it or has it been gathering dust in the collection safe? :-) I have an M96 and I love it, hope I can afford your M94. Doug 05/12/2009
A:  Hello, I have never shot it. The bore is shiny (not mirror shiny) and the rifling looks pretty strong but the lands are a bit rounded. Overall the rifling looks to be in good shape. I hope this helps. 05/12/2009
