This is a Mosin-Nagant M91/30 7.62x54R Russian bolt-action rifle. This particular rifle was imported by CAI and the right-side of the barrel at the muzzle is stamped "CAI ST.A VT" with "M91 762R FINLAND". The top of the barrel just in front of the hex receiver has a "Tikka" (Finland) arsenal mark, which is a "T" inside a upside-down triangle. The top of the barrel is also stamped "75667" with "D" over "1934" (see photos). The bolt matches the gun with the handle being stamped "5667".
The bore in the 29" barrel is shiny with crisp rifling and in very good condition. The gun has a front blade-sight and flip-up adjustable rear sight (see photos). Some of the blue is worn from the edges of the front sight and there is some pitting under the blue in the sides and top of the receiver, otherwise the metal is in good condition (see photos). The gun has a bayonet lug with a cleaning rod and front and rear sling swivels mounted on the stock.
The gun appears to have it's original two-piece finger jointed stock. There are a few light divots with some chips and scratches in the stock and hand guard. The hand guard is also a bit loose on the gun. A piece of the stock is cracked behind the bayonet lug on the left-side. There's also a crack in the bottom of the stock, behind the trigger guard (see photos). There are no cartouches stamped on the stock. The serial number stamped on the top of the buttplate does not match the gun (see photos).
We did not test-fire the gun, however it appears to be fully functional and overall in very good condition mechanically and is very good in appearance. Serial #75667. STK. #14734.
