I am listing some antique firearms that I have had collecting dust for some time. I keep coming across this one that I have had for years, and decided to put it up for bids. The barrels are either filled or plugged and I am not sure if it was ever made to fire. A number of gun folks have taken a look at it and one thing is for sure, it's a great conversation every time. The mother of pearl inlay and silver filigree scroll work date this pistol possibly sometime in the mid to late 1800's. I've looked at some photos of early duck foot pistols and the design lends to having Turkish influences with craftsmanship reminiscent of the Ottoman empire. Don't miss adding the fine collectible to your antique collection, not likely to come across another one of these. It will make a great conversation piece. Looks like something that belongs in a museum. Pistol is sold as a non-firing dummy gun. Can be shipped direct. Winning bidder please add $20.00 for shipping, insurance is included. Please email with any questions. Good luck and happy bidding!
