PAYMENT OPTIONS: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Postal Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks; SORRY NO Personal and Business Checks will BE ACCEPTED ANY LONGER. Payment should be received within 10 days of close of auction.  MN residents must add 6.75% sales tax to the invoice total.  Orders will not ship until paid in full.  ALL AUCTION PRICES REFLECT A 4% DISCOUNT THAT CANNOT BE EARNED WITH CREDIT CARD ORDERS.

SHIPPING: Buyer pays Shipping & Handling charges indicated in the listing. Quoted prices are for USPS service in the lower 48 States…AK & HI are additional charge and are shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate at $10.00 which includes delivery confirmation.  Our S&H Charge covers shipping, handling, packaging, delivery confirmation, transportation and documentation expenses.  We are a Wholesale Distributor and are not equipped to handle retail transactions.  No Pick-Up available.

SHIPPING INSURANCE is optional, but highly recommended.  Insurance is at additional cost and the current USPS insurance table is posted below:

If you wish to purchase shipping insurance, simply add the appropriate amount to your total and note it in your payment advice.  Be sure to send an adequate amount for the insurance coverage needed as we will only insure your item for the amount that you pay for.  We ship with delivery confirmation, which is proof of mailing and delivery.   We cannot be responsible for items shipped without insurance. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  I do not ship internationally any longer.  If you would like to bid and you need it shipped out of the USA, please contact me first. 

SAFETY NOTICE: Buyer is solely responsible for determining that the item purchased from us is installed properly and is in safe operating condition.  By bidding, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise, mis-use, or improper installation.  

RETURN POLICY: Most items come with a 3-day (M- F) inspection/return privilege. Inspection period begins at time of delivery to you…it is your responsibility to inspect your purchase in this time frame. In the case of a return, buyer pays all shipping unless we made an error in the listing. So please Read the listing and ask questions BEFORE you bid.  We consider our pictures to be part of our item description, so please review ALL photos associated with this listing.  All returned items must be in the exact condition that they left our possession in. At no time during the inspection period will the Buyer install, modify, or use for test purposes the purchased item. If the Buyer does install, modify or use the item at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final as the part is no longer returnable in as-sold condition. Inspection consists of external examination. No disassembly is permitted.  An RGA is required on all returns, so e-mail us at rcarms@msn.com within the 3-day inspection period for a return RGA number and return instructions.  There are no returns on firearms, ammunition, chemicals, used parts, or items that have been opened, installed, modified, or used for test purposes.  This policy does not cover items damaged in shipment; you must save the damaged shipping box and file a claim with the appropriate shipping company.  If we file the claim on your behalf and receive payment, you must return the damaged item for refund.  Shipping & Handling is not refundable.  All incurred auction fees will be deducted from your refund.
