| SAFETY NOTICE

The firearms offered have not been test fired but have been given a visual inspection for auction purposes only. We recommend every firearm be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By bidding, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury or death caused by defective merchandise.

| PAYMENTÂ ANDÂ SHIPPING
POLICIES:

SuperPawn operates locations in Arizona, California, Nevada and Washington -
Items shipped to these states will require sales tax to be collected or a tax
exemption license provided.
|
|
|
Shipping is $20 per item, no discounts for combined or local shipping. (Alaska
and Hawaii are slightly higher - Please call for shipping quote.)
|
|
|
Payment is expected within 10 days of auction closing.
|
|
|
Accepted forms of payment are credit cards (America Express, MasterCard, Visa
and Discover). cashier"s checks, and money orders. Personal checks (including
Business checks) are not accepted and will result in the return of your payment
and the relisting of the item.

|
|
Be aware that payments by credit card are subject to a 3% fee.
|
|
|
We must have an original signed copy of your dealer"s FFL on file to accept
payment.
|
|
|
To ensure compliance with all Federal/State and Local Laws and Restrictions all
firearms (including Blackpowder) must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed
dealer or Curios and Relics License holder.

This item has a 30 day SuperPawn Guarantee. If this product fails to work as intended by the manufacturer
within 30 days from the time of the winning bid, let us know and we will gladly accept the return and give
you a full refund. |

SuperPawns' Firearm Staff has visually inspected and function tested this item
to the best of our ability. Firearms are not test fired prior to sale.
