Up for Auction is a rare, .32 caliber, double action "British Bulldog". This 5-shot nickel-plated,2" teardrop barrel revolver was a favorite as a back-up weapon in the "Old West" but will fit nicely in a Gambler’s or “Suicide Special” collection or display. This center fire pistol is circa 1873-1885. It has a swing out ejector rod that stows in a hole in the center of the cylinder when not in use. The gun retains 85% of its original nickel finish and needs a cleaning. The double action mechanism sticks. The top strap is marked, BRITISH BULL-DOG. The checkered wood grips on bird's head grip/butt are perfect with no chips or cracks. The loading gate is solid and works fine. The firing pin on the hammer is long gone but easy to replace or fabricate. Please email any questions you may have before you bid. Payment is by money order only. Successful Bidder pays all postage.
