Seller's Description

Guns For Sale - RPB INDUSTRIES - INGRAM M10 -- .45 ACP....OPEN BOLT...Semi-Auto..w/ Accessories

NO RESERVE!! Originally designed by Gordon Ingram and manufactured by Military Armament Corporation (MAC), the M10 submachine was known for it's simplicity, rugged design and very high rate of fire. When MAC went out of business in 1976, the tooling and rights to manufacture the M10 were purchased by RPB Industries. To bolster their sales, RPB modified the M10 submachine gun and developed a semi-automatic, open bolt pistol (which is what we have here). This "pistol" was available to a larger segment of the population compared to the full auto version, but because ATF ruled they were too easily converted to full auto fire, manufacture of the open bolt semi-autos was stopped in mid-1982. About a year later, RPB went out of business. While new manufacture of the open bolt semi-autos is not allowed, the few guns made prior to the prohibition are "grandfathered" and legal to own.

This M10 is chambered for the .45 ACP. As mentioned, it is the early open bolt variety and it has a fixed firing pin. It uses slightly modified M3 Grease gun magazines which are readily available. These mags are modified to fit the MAC-10/45 by simply shaving 1/16" of steel off of the rear of the magazine (for the mag catch) and 1/16" off the two locking tangs (a dremel and 5 minutes of work). Overall condition of this M10 is very good. It has some handling marks and also a few small freckles of rust in a couple isolated spots. Overall, I'd grade it 95%+. It does not appear to have been fired much. The mechanics appear to be in perfect working order and the bore is excellent. It comes with two 30-round modified M3 magazines, the fake suppressor, owner's manual and factory nylon case. Buyer pays $25.00 shipping. No sales to CA, HI, or where prohibited by law. All NFA rules apply and conversion of this pistol to fire in full automatic is a felony and NOT WORTH IT!....DO NOT ATTEMPT IT!!

A C&R License is acceptable for C&R firearms only (guns determined to be C&R’s by ATF and guns known to be at least 50 years old). California law will NOT allow shipment of C&R handguns direct to a C&R holder in the State of California, a 01 dealer must be used. Antique firearms require bidder to supply proof of age. Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.)
Large capacity magazine restrictions: New Jersey - 15 round maximum for semi-automatic firearms only. California - 10 round maximum for all magazines. Maryland - 20 round maximum for all magazines. Massachusetts - over 10 rounds Hawaii - 10 round maximum for all handgun magazines.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Postal Money Orders and Cashier's Checks ship fastest; Personal and business checks are gladly accepted but will delay shipping 2 weeks for clearance (I know the good ones clear faster, but the bank is sometimes slow in notification of a returned check).
VISA & MASTERCARD NOW ACCEPTED! Please note that all auction prices reflect a 3% discount that cannot be earned when paying with a credit card. Credit Card payments cannot be accepted over the telephone as a signature authorization is required to charge your card (for those in a rush, it can be faxed). NO PAYPAL! I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL!! Paypal’s terms do not allow the purchase or sale of any firearms, ammunition or high capacity magazines….period!! For more info, please go to their website and follow the links: user agreement / acceptable use / firearms, weapons and knives policy. If you use them for a gun transaction and they find out, they will close your account & freeze your money for 6 months. How do I know? They did it to me! I WILL NOT SUPPORT AN ANTI-GUN COMPANY!!
