Guns For Sale - -- J. Stevens 32 Cal. Shot Model 20 Favorite SS Rifle

This rifle is a J. Stevens Arms Company .32 Cal. Model 20 Favorite Single Shot. This gun shoots shot cartridges only. The serial number on this gun is W603 and is etched under the trigger guard. On the barrel is the following writing: J. STEVENS A & T CO. CHICOPEE FALLS, MASS. U.SA PAT. APR 17 94. 32-SHOT. The barrel lenght is 22". There is no rust on any of the metal and the stock and forearm has no splits or cracks. It also has a black plastic butt plate with the lettering: STEVENS FAVORITE. Joshua Stevens remained with the J. Stevens Arms and Tool Company until 1896 when he sold his interest in the business. The J. Stevens Arms and Tool Company became a subsidiary of Savage Arms in 1936. Overall, this gun is in very good condition.
