**Price Lowered to $500 below cost shipping cost lowered.***You are bidding on a recognizable U.S. Historical Society unique Single Action Army revolver commemorating Richard Petty of NASCAR Fame. This 1992 issue “Richard Petty Silver Edition SAA” is highly embellished in silver with a listing of Mr. Petty’s wins, his nick-name “King Richard” and high lighted with race cars. The high grade ivory like grips are embellished with Mr Petty’s signature and this is all encased in a nicely finished and fitted wood presentation case; having a likeness of Mr. Petty laser engraved to the top. The total quantity of only 1000 was manufactured; this being numbered 401. All associated documents certifying originality and the nember made is included with this sale. As expected, this highly sought after commemorative is unfired and does not appear to ever had it’s cylinder turned. In addition, the white handling gloves issued with this revolver are also included. This item is from a great gun collection and being offered at it’s original issue price / cost back in 1992. This item is being offered at auction with NO RESERVE; and, at a reasonable, below market starting price; taking into consideration the condition as outlined above. We ship firearms only to FFL holders (unless C&R eligible, then a copy of your C&R license must be included); an originally signed copy of which must be included with your order. In the event the firearm is an antique (Pre-1898) we will need a copy of your drivers license showing your age. An order consists of a copy of the e-mail notifying you that you are the winner, a signed copy of the appropriate license and payment. As payment we accept certified funds (shipped next business day), VISA or M/C (a 3.5% fee applies since the auction is cash price based) or a good business or personal check (held 5-days to clear). We ship all firearms via USPS Priority service. We always ship fully insured and with a Signature required. To the lower 48, we charge a flat fee of $24.50 (add $5.00 for cased guns); we will pay the balance of the shipping cost and for the cost of the shipping material. AK and HI will be charged the actual cost of shipping, to be determined after the item is sold. VA residents, please be mindful that you will be liable for sales tax.
