Seller's Description

Guns For Sale - CZECH -- PAIR OF CZ52 7.62X25MM PISTOLS WITH AMMO

Please note the correction listed at the bottom of this auction. The grips were incorrectly presented as "wood", they are not wood grips.

Here we have a pair of CZECH Model CZ52 single-action semi-auto pistols. These guns are both chambered in 7.62x25mm Tokarev and each gun utilizes an 8 shot magazine with a 4.5" barrel. Both guns were manufactured in Czech Republic, however Gun number 1 with a serial number of G 09221 was imported by Century Arms International in Georgia, VT. The bore on Gun number 1 is in excellent condition with good rifling and no signs of pitting. Gun number 2 with a serial number of AZ 4772 was imported by Tennessee Guns in Knoxville, TN. The bore on Gun number 2 needs a through cleaning but is in good condition with crisp rifling.

GUN NUMBER 1 MARKINGS

The left-side of the frame is stamped with the serial number (G 09221) and "rid". The right-side of the frame is stamped with crossed swords and the number "53". The right-side of the slide is inscribed "CZ52 7.62 TOK CZECH" with "C.A.I. GEORGIA VT" below. The top of the slide is stamped with the serial number and the rear of the barrel at the ejection port is also stamped with the serial number and a "T" in a circle (see photos).

GUN NUMBER 2 MARKINGS

The left-side of the frame is stamped with the serial number (AZ 4772) and "rid". The right-side of the frame is stamped with crossed swords and the number "54". The bottom of the frame is inscribed "CZ-52 7.62x25 CZECH REP" with "TG KNOX TN". The top of the slide is stamped with the serial number and the rear of the barrel at the ejection port is also stamped with the serial number and a "T" in a circle (see photo).

Both guns have a matte gray military-style finish with some of the machine marks typically found on these type of guns. Gun number 2 has a few spots of pitting on the top of the slide and some wear marks in the bottom of the frame at the muzzle, otherwise the metal on both guns is in good condition (see photos). Both guns have their original wood grips. There are some scratches in the grips of each gun and Gun number 1 has a couple of nicks in the right grip, otherwise the grips on both guns are in good condition with no cracks (see photos).

There is an original holster, cleaning rod and an extra 8 shot magazine for each gun. One of the magazines that comes with Gun number 2 will not keep the slide open, otherwise the extra magazines, cleaning rods and holsters are in good condition. These guns also come with two boxes of unfired 7.62x25mm ammo.

Overall both guns are in excellent condition mechanically and good in appearance. We have not test-fired either gun, however it appears that they both are fully functional. Gun number 1 Serial #G 09221. STK. #12416. Gun number 2 Serial #AZ 4772. STK. #12417.

If you're a collector of military-style weapons, this pair of CZECH Model CZ52's would make an interesting addition to your collection.
