Questions for Users
(Public)
Q:  I called yesterday to let you know of my disappointment with the rifle I received from you. The woman I spoke to said she would get back to me but has yet not done so. The rifle was sold to me "Like new" and I emailed you further prior to my bidding to inquire if there were any scratches, dents, dings or wear marks. I was informed that there weren't any. Upon opening up the package (the box was undamaged) I noticed right away a large scratch through the bluing on the receiver. Inspecting it further I found numerous obvious wear spots/scratches into the bluing and a large ding in at the tip of the barrel. These could not have been caused by shipping and I was the first person to open up the box. I can send photographic evidence if you need of said issues just let me know. I would prefer a partial refund of my purchase price (an agreed upon amount) or if you won't do that I would like to return it for a full refund minus shipping costs as per auction arms terms. Please contact me and let me know how you want to proceed with this. 02/14/2008
