IN MY OPINION THIS IS SMITH & WESSONS COOLEST DESIGN EVER. JUST MY OPINION. THIS GUN HAS BEEN USED BUT NOT ABUSED AT ALL. TIGHT! CLEAN! VERY LITTLE WEAR WITH LIGHT HANDLING WITH A LIGHT SUFACE MARK ON THE BARREL. IT IS IN MY FAVORITE 44-40 CALIBER. SWEET!

California law will NOT allow shipment of C&R handguns direct to a C&R holder in the State of California, a 01 dealer must be used. Antique firearms require bidder to supply proof of age. Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.) Large capacity magazine restrictions: New Jersey - 15 round maximum for semi-automatic firearms only. California - 10 round maximum for all magazines. Maryland - 20 round maximum for all magazines. Massachusetts - over 10 rounds Hawaii - 10 round maximum for all handgun magazines.

If you are bidding on an ANTIQUE/USED gun THAT'S WHAT IT IS! Unless of course it's listed as new. So lets not waste each others time and money. If you want new then by all means buy new. We accept payment via certified funds or Visa, MasterCard (cc payments will be an additional 3.5% to cover cc transaction fees). Shipping cost are an additional $25.00. Gun guard case is strongly recommended ($12.00) as is insurance ($1.35 per $100). Payment in full is due within 7 days of auctions end. We will not be responsible for any transit damage. If a gun is returned for any reason, refunds will be given only after we have received and inspected the gun. Gun must be returned in it's original condition which it was sent.
