IT ISN'T IN MY BOOKS AND NO ANSWERS ON THE WEB. THIS GUN IS CALLED A GREY EAGLE AND ONCE AGAIN IN NONE OF MY BOOKS. I WAS TOLD THAT WHEN ANTONIO ZOLI STARTED AROUND 1945 IT MAY HAVE BEEN ONE OF HIS FIRST. I WAS TOLD BY THE GUY I GOT IT FROM HAD IT OVER 40 YEARS. THIS IS THE STORY OF THE GUN YOU LOAN TO YOUR UNCLE AND YOU GO TO PICK IT UP AND IT'S IN THE BARN. THE GUNS BLUEING HAS BEEN TOUCHED UP, THE WOOD IS GOOD WITH SOME HANDLING MARKS ( NOTHING TOO MAJOR ) THE CHOKES ARE FULL AND MOD AND IT IS A MAGNUM.ON 28 INCH BARRELS. California law will NOT allow shipment of C&R handguns direct to a C&R holder in the State of California, a 01 dealer must be used. Antique firearms require bidder to supply proof of age. Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.) Large capacity magazine restrictions: New Jersey - 15 round maximum for semi-automatic firearms only. California - 10 round maximum for all magazines. Maryland - 20 round maximum for all magazines. Massachusetts - over 10 rounds Hawaii - 10 round maximum for all handgun magazines.

Winner will please email me within 24 hours of auctions end. We accept payment via certified funds or Visa, MasterCard (cc payments will be an additional 3.5% to cover cc transaction fees). Shipping cost are an additional $25.00. Gun guard case is strongly recommended ($12.00) as is insurance ($1.35 per $100). Payment in full is due within 7 days of auctions end.
We will not be responsible for any transit damage. If a gun is returned for any reason, refunds will be given only after we have received and inspected the gun. Gun must be returned in it's original condition which it was sent. Refund will be less shipping and handling costs. Thank you.
