This rifle was stored in a living room gun case for many years and appears to be "test fired only" with all the metal parts retaining 100% of the orig. polished blue finish with no scratches. The "large frame" pistol-grip receiver has a side safety lever, round bolt, hammer thumb extention with a mounted 3 to 9 power "Bushnell Sportview" waterproof scope in 100% "like new" cond. with "click" style 1/4" adjustments and clean & clear hard coated blue tinted optics with multi-X (duplex) reticles. The dk. walnut stocks shows a nice grain with 100% of the high-gloss finish with no cracks, just some minimal faint handling marks and the orig grip -cap, sling swivels and the Western Field marked black rubber butt-pad.
