Seller's Description

Guns For Sale - Winchester -- USRA Legendary Lawmen Lawman 94

New or as new in the box (coming up 30 years old) Winchester Legendary Lawmen (some say Lawman but there's a bunch of them listed on the rifle), Model 94 comemorative, 30-30 w/16"barrel. The rifle is as-new, never even has the preservative wiped off, cycled once every five years or so to make sure it was clear and the bore was clean.----------------------- the box sleeve shows some handling with some very small dogears but its all there. The styrofoam got a little bug-bit around the label but the label is in serviceable shape as shown in the pic---------------------neat serial number: four of a kind---all 6's .

Payment and Shipping Instructions:
Cash, check, MO, cashiers checks are all OK. No way to handle any cards or other online payment methods. Shipping by UPS in the lower 48 would be $20.00. Any other deliver methods/conditions would be charged accordingly. No exports. I am an FFLD and the rifle must go to an FFL or C&R.

Questions for Users
(Public)
Q:  Are there any marks at all in the wood or metal, dents, scratches, etc. Is there any rust on the firearm at all? I bought a NIB Winchester Bicentinial and there was pitted rust around the butt plate.Would you accept a Visa check(Capital One) for payment? You could hold the rifle until the check cleared, it is just like a personnal check except it is on my Visa account.I have a perfect rating on here as well as a perfect reting of 28A+ on ***GunAuction*** as well as a perfect rating of 51 on ebay. Thanks. 11/15/2006
A:  Your credit line check would be fine. No dings, no scritches, no nothing---as I noted the only handling the piece has had is to clear the action and swab the bore every 5 years or so. The buttplate is clean but the problem you noted with the Bicentennial is common with the commoratives---the figured wood that some use is over cured and will either draw moisture or leach a little into the metal joint. I've sent a couple back to Winchester over the years but I guess that won't happen now. I always recommend keeping that wood well oiled. thanx for the question 11/15/2006

Q:  Hello, You list your Legendary Lawmen as factory new...... I do not see the lid for the box, or the paperwork ( hang tag, instruction booklet, warranty card etc ) in your picture.....do you have them ?? Thanks, Ralph. 11/20/2006
A:  The styrofoam lid is off to take the picture but it's there and sound. I noted in the description the gun is 1/3 century old so the box has been well handled but intact as shown in the pics. The gun is as new as it ever was, never handled except for the occasional cleanliness check. Don't see any paperwork and it may have been misplaced in a move so I can't promise that. thanx for the question. 11/20/2006
