Buyer Tip: If you're the High Bidder in an auction when it closes, don't assume you're the final High Bidder. Someone could outbid you in the final seconds of the auction if your Max Bid isn't high enough. You're not the high Bidder until you've been notified by email that you are. Seller's Description

Guns For Sale - Martini Cadet -- Custom 32-40 Rifle

This is a very nice little Martini Cadet that has been rechambered to 32-40 winchester caliber. It also has been completely refinished and has the hardware case colored. It's a real attractive little gun. The top of the barrel is marked-made by the birmingham small arms co. ltd. The trigger, lever, buttplate, swivels, and barrel band are case colored. The reciever has an unusual textured finish, looks sort of like matting. The pin that holds the trigger group in is in the white, Looks like they forgot to blue it. The sights are marbles, sheard bead front and adjustable leaf rear. Bore looks pretty good, and it hit a milk jug at 100 yards three times in a row when I test fired it. Barrel length is 23 & 3/4". e-mail any questions you may have.

A:  Howdy, This has gone on too long! Please e-mail me about the rifle you agreed to purchase from me. It has been six weeks and five days since the close of the auction for this item. I specified in the terms of the auction that payment should be made within seven days. You say that you have sent the payment by next day delivery, and then that you had resent the payment. Unfortunately, I have not recieved any payment from you as of todays date. Could the payment have gone to a wrong address? Please check my address on the auction to be sure. You should have the reciept from sending the payment, if you could e-mail me a copy of that showing that you sent it, I will try to work with you to resolve this issue. If not I will have to relist the item, and leave a negative feedback for you. Please don't make that nessesary. I have been very patient and seek to get this settled. I tried to call you yesterday so we could speak about this but recieved no answer. E-mail is the best contact. 12/28/2006
