Very rare 2-cell flashlight with built in 7 shot double action revolver!!!!!!! Signed on side S.P.Cottrell & Son, Buffalo, N.Y. Pat. US July 10, 1923, Pat. Can. Dec. 26, 1922. Appears all orig. except for possibly one replaced small screw. Revolver has folding trigger and when pulled down it will turn cylinder and fire. Not too sure about flashlight working but that may be the bulb. Has a regular switch for turning on/off light which has the orig. rounded lense, lense cap is dented around front portion, noticeable dent where pistol fits into light tube. Approx. 9-1/4" long overall, gun barrell is 1-1/2". Very unique and scarce collectible curio. Appears in Lewis Winants book on Firearms Curiosa on page 162/163, plate figure 185. "Described in the orig. adv. as a most practicle defense weapon as it is not necessary to aim as the bullet must travel to the center of the light beam". Exc. overall condition with most orig. nickel plating intact. Revolver in working cond. Must have signed copy of FFL or C&R license. Shipping in US is $10.00.
