Over / Under, Top Break, Single Selective Trigger Shotgun with Extractor.
The left of the upper barrel's chamber is marked "28 GA 2 3/4" / MADE IN TURKEY", the left of the lower barrel is marked "28-70", its underside is marked "Huglu Av Turekien Kooperatiti", THE UNDERSIDE OF THE BARREL LUG IS MARKED "cc / 2 / r / 30 / 5", with the serial number, seen again on the upper tang. The right of the upper barrel chamber is marked "HUGLU ARMSCO / DES PLAINES, IL USA". The inside of the receiver is marked "30 / 95", the top lever has a two headed eagle. The forend bracket is stamped with the serial number. The factory box is serialized to the shotgun.
Included are the following chokes: 1x Improved Modified, 1x Full, 1x Modified, 1x Improved Cylinder & 1x Cylinder.
Sights / Optics:
This shotgun is mounted with a brass bead, screwed into the ventilated rib near the muzzle; the top of the rib is milled in a crescent shape for glare reduction.
Stock Configuration & Condition:
The stocks are a two piece matte finished walnut set. The forend has flank checkers, the wood shows a few minor compression marks and rubbing in some checkers. The butt stock has a rounded pistol grip, with flank checkers; some checkers are oddly formed, perhaps from the factory, another few spots have light compression. Neither stock has cracks or major damages. Drop at comb is 1 3/8", drop at heel is 2". The LOP measures 14 3/8” from the front of the trigger to the back of the plastic and black rubber recoil pad; the pad has light marks in Excellent condition. The stocks are in about Excellent condition.

The bores are bright. There is no erosion.
This shotgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. The surfaces have a few infrequent light scuffs at worst, the shotgun does not look to have seen consistent use. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are crisp. Overall, this shotgun rates in about Excellent condition.
The action functions correctly. The shotgun has an upper tang mounted safety & barrel selector. The shotgun has an extractor and spectacular balance. The shotgun weighs 6lbs 9oz as photographed. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
Box, Paperwork & Accessories:
Included are 5 chokes, a wrench, choke box, grouping of factory paperwork and a marketing insert, all in Excellent condition. The original factory box is provided, there are a few marks from storage but it is otherwise free of major damages, in Fine condition.

Some Huglu models were imported 1999-2002 by Huglu USA, and are stamped "Huglu USA, Rigby, ID" on the barrel. Huglu USA Ltd. Co. was reorganized in January 2003 as H-Legacy Shotguns Ltd. Co., and is now a Huglu dealer. " This shotgun is light weight, well built and the stocks are simply beautiful. You can handle clay and wing busting chores with accuracy and comfort, this should be a great first shotgun for the young ones or for those that cannot withstand the brutal recoil of 12 gauge. To reduce the likelihood of damage during shipping, we may disassemble long guns by removing stocks on especially long pieces or taking down takedowns. All parts will be individually wrapped. Your item will be shipped within 1 week of receipt of good funds, usually the next day. You will receive an automatic notification with a tracking number upon shipment, to let you know that we have received funds. (Please obtain a tracking number from your carrier for immediate delivery confirmation of payment). If you are in Southern California, you are welcome to pick your item up and complete the transfer at our shop in Simi Valley (M-F, 8-4 and Saturday By Appointment).
This gun can only be shipped to an FFL, and it will be shipped from an FFL. It is your responsibility to ensure that the gun is legal to own and receive in your area. Please include a copy of your dealer’s license with payment or faxed/emailed separately. We will need CFLC numbers for CA FFL’s to ship a firearm within California. We are FFL dealers and comply with all Federal, State and Local laws.
We always combine on shipping to save you as much as we can. You can generally assume it will be full shipping charge on the first item, 1/2 on the second, 1/3 on the third, etc. Exceptions only arise when the items are going to different locations (different licenses), or when they are exceptionally large, heavy or valuable and cannot be combined.
Full payment on non-layaway items is required within 14 days. We accept Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Cash, Personal Checks and Cards. Personal Checks are held a full week for clearance.
