Also an Adapter which is a flash hider or muzzle brake it can take a 7.62-30 caliber 1/2 x28 to a 5/8’s -24 . Now we are talking about my silencerco.7.62 Spectra It comes in a canvas bag with the flash hider and Muzzle Brake, Instructions for taking care7.62
of it and cleaning it. We got this from one of our distributors for a acting display we
used one day a week. It has had 3-4 boxes of Winchester 556 Ammunition run through it.
If you look at my other sales you will see a Daniel Defense M4 in 556 That is the rifle this was
.used on. A Year ago people, many of them had not heard what a silencer could do for
a rifle. This showed them the difference in sound!
I am a seller of silencers, most any brand you might think of. As a dealer it still takes about 2 months for me to receive the product. There are so many silencers out there I am doing good to keep up with the ones bought off my website. It is another shortage, not as bad as the 22 but people have been scooping them up.
Keep my website handy www.gunshoppes.com and this will give you an idea of what I is available.
When the distributor sends his license and mine the BATF&E has to check both licenses, Then What I do, as soon as we agree on a price I get the serial number off the product. Before it even gets to me.That I can do in less than a weeks time. That helps cut down time getting ATF approval. When I have that SN I fill out duplicate form “fours” and send these to the buyer.
Or they just pick them up. Right now licensing as an individual I can get the stamp in about 4
months. If it is a trust (which I would not recommend right now) you might see it in what seems like a year depending on what FBI agent is doing the paperwork.
From what they tell me so many trust papers come in and the language is wrong or they just copied a friends, relative’s replaced the name and sent it in. That person who initially had the first copy may or may not have the right legal language on a trust and I wish I could say when those get approved.
There are many good companies out there. Elite Iron, SilencerCo. The list goes on and on. I also work with Silencer-Shop. It would be a great favor to people buying silencers if the ATF would take them off the NFA list and let people like me could sell them like any firearm. If you would like any more information about silencers I recommend looking at Silencer-Shops home page.
