Thank you for considering one of our auctions!
Used Marlin Model 99M1 semi-automatic rifle. Chambered for the .22 Long Rifle cartridge. 10-rd capacity with tube feed. Grooved for tip-off scope mounts. American walnut stock and handguard. 18” barrel. This particular rifle was made between 1964-1968 and has no serial number as original.
Metal is 90% overall or better, with finish wear mostly confined to the edges of the anodizing. There is some finish wear to the top of the receiver consistent with scope mounting. Stocks are 95% original satin finish walnut with no significant scratches, dents or cracks. Bore and mechanism are excellent. Like most of these guns found today, it is missing the original rear sight which mounted to the receiver dovetail and it no longer has the original sling.

California: Yes, we DO ship to California. Modern handguns must be on the CA DOJ approved list and we attempt to list that information in each particular item description. Curio & Relic handguns are exempt from the DOJ list; however they must be shipped to an 01 FFL. C&R long guns can ship directly to a 03 FFL.
Curio & Relic Firearms:
We do ship C&R eligible firearms directly to Type 03 FFL holders whenever legally permissible. Certain locales (NJ, NYC, CA, etc) have restrictions, so please know your regulations.
Antique Firearms: In general, firearms made before 1899 do not require shipment to an FFL. We do require submitted proof of age (18 for long guns, 21 for hand guns), but otherwise these can ship directly to your door. Some locales have restrictions on antique cartridge firearms, so please know your regulations.

All new guns carry a warranty from the manufacturer. We are not a warranty repair station. Please take the time to register your gun’s warranty with the manufacturer. We do offer a 3-day return on new guns provided it has not been fired or disassembled.
We make every attempt to accurately describe used guns for sale, however, in most cases we have not test-fired any used gun. In some cases we have had the opportunity to check the firearm thoroughly and on those items we offer a 1-yr warranty through our shop. That warranty is limited to the function of the firearm only and does not include any cosmetic feature. Disassembly beyond normal field stripping and any attempted repair by anyone other than Stone Chimney Creek will void that warranty. Use of improper ammunition, such as non-commercial reloads, will void that warranty. Otherwise, it is the buyer’s responsibility to determine if any used gun is safe to shoot. Wherever you buy a used gun, on the Internet or in person, it is a good idea to have a reputable gunsmith check it over before you shoot it. We do offer a 3-day inspection and return policy on all used guns which starts upon delivery confirmation. In the unlikely event of a return, we will refund the auction price including any credit card fee. Shipping is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you have any question about any gun we offer, please ask before you bid. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
