For sale are a Colt Bisley cylinder and barrel in 38-40 caliber. They were removed from the revolver during conversion of the pistol to 44 Special. There was no damage to the parts during the removal. The cylinder has no marking on it so I can not verify the manufacturer. It is in great shape. There is no rusting or pitting in the chambers. The chambers mic 0.400 inch to 0.401 inch diameter. There is not a lot of wear on the front of the cylinder. The cylinder does not have the base pin bushing. The barrel does not have any markings so it is not Colt factory production. It is approximately 4 3/4 inches long. The bore has good strong rifling, but there is about 10-15% pitting. The pitting is not deep and it does not affect the accuracy. I got 2" groups at 25 yards with commercial cowboy ammo. If you have any questions about the parts, you may email me at email@example.com.
