Our Assessment: This target pistol ought to be a tack driver. Before we cleaned the end of the recessed muzzle there were six beautiful even little spots showing at the ends of the grooves, frequently the sign of an accurate barrel. Mitchell Arms had the rights to use the High Standard name and designs in the early 1990s and one of the results was this stainless steel Victor. The barrel is drilled and tapped for hanging a barrel weight beneath it (no barrel weight is provided.) The grip frame is stippled and the rear sight is stationary as the slide operates beneath it. Treat yourself and your family to a fun to shoot .22 that is both affordable and accurate.
