You are bidding on a nice original Smith & Wesson 1905 4th Change 4" blue revolver chambered in .38 Smith & Wesson Special. The bore is super, and the timing and lock-up are as good as it gets. The original grips are numbered to the gun and all the other numbers match as well. It appears unfired. Besides the factory-stamped serial number on the butt, there is a second set of numbers. My guess is that it is a reference number to an organization or individual to whom this revolver was issued. The pictures accurately portray the condition of this handsome firearm. Please call (520-399-0440) with any questions BEFORE bidding. GOOD LUCK! Winning bidder to pay $25 shipping from my FFL to his/her FFL via USPS Priority Mail. And, yes, a C&R license will be fine on this one! Please check out the several other collectible handguns I currently have on auction.
