Our Assessment: This is a very nice looking rifle, perfect as a gift for the younger shooter. This is one of the smoothest lever actions we have seen, and certainly the smoothest from the factory. The .17 HMR cartridge is basically a necked-down .22 Magnum. It is capable of pushing a 17 gr. Bullet past 2500 fps. giving it a very flat trajectory, and making it an ideal small game and varmint cartridge.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This rifle can be transferred in California.
