Winning Bidder Responsibilities are that of determining that a used firearm is safe to shoot. Firearms have been given a visual inspection only for auction purposes, unless noted in the description.
Ray Robinson aells all guns on an as is basis and strongly urges that every winning bidder have their used firearm inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing, whether won here, or purchased anywhere!
By placing a bid, you are agreeing to hold Ray Robinson harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective firearm.
ALL GUNS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO WRITTEN EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. READ THE DESCRIPTION AND LOOK CLOSELY AT THE PICTURES AND ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS. I HAVE BEEN BURNED VERY BADLY BY PEOPLE WHO RETURNED GUNS THAT HAD SUFFERED SEVERE DAMAGE BECAUSE A BUYER DAMAGED MY GUN
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS--Modern firearms must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your area. Bidder to supply a signed copy of local dealer’s license before shipment will be made. A C&R License is acceptable for C&R firearms only (guns determined to be C&R’s by ATF and/or guns known to be at least 50 years old).
California Residents--I do not ship to California at this time. If you live in California, please do not participate in my auctions.
Antique firearms require bidder to supply proof of age. Some areas still require an FFL transfer for antique & black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.)

Large capacity magazine restrictions:
New Jersey - 15 round maximum for semi-automatic firearms only.
California - 10 rounds maximum for all magazines.
Maryland - 20 rounds maximum for all magazines.
Massachusetts - 10 rounds maximum for all magazines
Hawaii - 10 round maximum for all handgun magazines.
PAYMENT OPTIONS--Currently we are only accepting Money Orders, Bank Certified Checks or Bank Wire transfer. VISA & Mastercard only accepted with a 3.5% premium. Also payments can be via a Bank Certified Check or the preferable method of a Bank Wire Transfer. All auctions must be settled in full within 7 days of the auction closing. No exceptions.

A note about shipping charges. I used to ship my guns for a flat $25.00. However due to shipping increases because of the price of fuel (so they say) and the safety requirement to insure all of my guns, I have had to increase the cost to ship the guns. The insurance alone adds between $9.00 to $17.00 on each gun. I can assure my clients that I am not making any money on the shipping of my guns.

I do not make money on shipping and I do not want to lose money on shipping either. I used to ship guns for $15.00. Those days are gone.

All firearms are shipped to your FFL or a valid C&R holder if the firearm qualifies for it. A copy of your dealers FFL must be in hand before we ship, preferably within 24 hours of auction close.
The same applies for a C&R holder. Any firearm that qualifies for "Antique" status will be shipped directly to the winning bidder. A copy of bidder's driver's license for proof of age will be needed.
Please note that purchases can be picked up at our 123 W. Pacific Street Branson, Missouri 65616 Address, but you must be a Missouri resident and sales tax will be charged.
Sales Tax—We must collect sales tax for any gun sold to a Missouri resident.

RETURN POLICY--Due to unscrupulous people who buy a gun and then return it with damage, I am now not allowing any returns on my items. All firearms are purchased as is where is. Also since the gun is also for sell in my store and other places on-line, I reserve the right to pull the gun at any time and to avoid long or protracted arguments, for any reason. A gun will only be pulled if it sells in my store or through on of my local newspaper ads. so please bid with confidence.
END OF AUCTION COMMUNICATION--We try to send out an email directly at the end of the auction to the winning bidder. This is done through the Auction Arms web site. And that email is sent to the email that you registered with. Please make sure that email is current! There are instructions on how to complete the purchase included in that email. You will be expected to complete all auctions within 3-5 days after auction close. All firearms will be re-listed after 7 days of non-payment. So, please if you cannot afford the gun, do not bid.
PLEASE NOTE--It is you’re, the buyers responsibility to communicate. Please do not wait until you have received an email. Please be proactive and contact Ray Robinson to make payment arrangements.
WE DO NOT END AUCTIONS EARLY SO DON’T ASK. We do not end auctions early unless the gun sells in our local store before auction end.
