Our Assessment: This is a beautiful example of a Model 32 – 1, a revolver that Smith & Wesson hasn’t made since 1974. It is chambered in .38 S&W, and will not chamber .38 Special. It appears to have been stored and maintained well, and shot very little. It is in Excellent condition and could well be the piece needed to fill out your collection.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This revolver is not on the California “roster of handguns certified for sale”, and can only be transferred to a California resident as a private party transaction (PPT) at our shop in Simi Valley. This does not apply to out of state buyers.
