Our Assessment: This is a used S&W Model 25, the numbered version of the 1955 Model .45 Target Heavy Barrel revolver. It comes with 1/2” target hammer and trigger and target stocks. It shows use and could benefit from a thorough cleaning, but may well still be an accurate revolver. If you are a cowboy shooter, this may be the double action .45 Colt revolver you need to complement those Single Action Armies you already own.
CA Legal or CA Private Party Transferable: This revolver is not on the California “roster of handguns certified for sale”, and can only be transferred to a California resident as a private party transaction (PPT) at our shop in Simi Valley. This does not apply to out of state buyers.
