Buyer Tip: If you're the
High Bidder in an auction when it closes, don't assume you're the final High Bidder.
Someone could outbid you in the final seconds of the auction if your Max Bid isn't
high enough. You're not the high Bidder until you've been notified by email that
you are. All Auctions are conducted in Pacific Time.
You are bidding on Chinese Type 53 Carbine, in 7.62x54R, it is a copy of the russian Mod 44 carbine. It was made in China by State Factory 26 In Chunking in 1960. It has no import stamp and is most likely a Viet-Nam Vet bring back. It is matching on the receiver, bolt and trigger guard. The stock is a Viet-Nam home made replacement. The viet cong would bury these and come back in 2 or 3 months and the termites would have eaten the stock so they would have to make a new one. It has a fair bore and headspaces good. It is missing the back band for the hand guard and will not take a cleaning rod as no hole for it to screw into is in the stock. Buyer pays $25.00 shipping in the USA. I take money orders or checks which must clear before I ship. I will need a signed C&R or 01FFL before I ship. This is a relist due to a non-payer.
