You are bidding on a new Thompson Center Venture .223 bolt action rifle. This is probably the most value packed bolt action rifle available on the market today. It features a 5R rifled match grade barrel and match grade crown, adjustable precision trigger and a classic style composite stock. It has factory installed base rails read to mount your favorite scope.

LAYAWAY OPTION AVAILABLE
We do offer a 90 day Layaway program. The total selling price plus shipping (SC residents must add sales tax) will be divided into 4 equal payments the first of which is due within 7 days of the conclusion of the auction. At the conclusion of the auction you will receive an invoice through the auction site. You must contact us once you receive the invoice and request the layaway option. The following terms apply:

  1. First payment must be received within seven day of the conclusion of the auction,
  2. Second payment must be received on or before the 30th day after the initial payment or a $10.00 fee will be applied,
  3. Third payment must be received on or before the 60th day after the initial payment or a $10.00 fee will be applied, and
  4. The remaining balance must be received on or before the 90th day after the initial payment.
Payment may be made in full anytime during the 90 day period. Once the final payment is received, your firearms will be shipped to your preferred FFL dealer. Failure to make all payments by the end of the 90th day will result in the forfeiture of item on layaway and all funds paid up to that date. Once you request the layaway option, you will be emailed the terms of the layaway which you must accept and email back. Payment may be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, USPS Money Order, or Certified Check. Credit card purchases may be set up to automatically charge your card each month at the designated time to insure your payments arrive on time.

We are a working gun shop and all items are for sale in our shop. We operate only "No Reserve" auctions. Once a bid has been placed on an item it is removed from the shelf since it will be sold through the auction. We reserve the right to terminate any auction at any time prior to receiving the first bid. Although these guns remain for sale in our shop until they receive the first bid, we WILL NOT entertain any off auction offers from users on this site. Please do not ask.

Please Check Your Local and State Laws Before Bidding. California and other states may prohibit you from owning a firearm or a particular firearm. It is your responsibility to know the state and local laws BEFORE you bid. Your bid is a binding. All firearms must ship to an FFL dealer. We accept C&R licenses if, and only if, the gun is ATF classified as a Curio & Relic. Your FFL dealer may:

RETURN POLICY:
All firearms come with a three day no-fire inspection period. They are guaranteed to be in the condition stated in the auction description. We will gladly refund the purchase price if it is determined that the gun was not as described. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless it is determined that the gun is not as described. SALES TAXES:
SC residence must pay 6% sales tax.
